Advanced technologies are our strength. May it be in-depth diagnostics or treatments, we never compromise with the quality and technology and always strive to give you the best that are available in the market. Our continuous learning & development team ensures we use highest standards of technologies and follow proper time-tested protocols.

Diagnostic Tools

Digital Musculography & Digital Spinography (DMG & DSG):

80% of your back and neck pain are caused by your weak muscles which X-ray or MRI cannot diagnose. A scientific  functional analysis is required to evaluate your spine and muscle health.

DMG & DSG tests are used to measure musculoskeletal and spine function in the same way that a cardiac stress test is used to diagnose cardiac function. Unlike an MRI or X-ray test that can only provide a visual static image, the DMG test determines the ability of the muscle tissue to support the spine during various movements. This test highlights weak tissue that has decreased load-bearing capacity and pinpoints the areas of the spine that are forced to bear the transferred load. This ensures that treatment protocols can then be determined according to the individual’s requirements.

A DSG Test help evaluating the functional deformity and angular loss in the spine’s natural curvature.

DMG & DSG are the diagnostic tools that are essential for effective assessment of Spinal Deformities, Muscle tension, Muscle Strength, Range of Motions. Helps in the diagnosis of Scoliosis, Lordosis, Kyphosis, Alignment Angular corrections, sports training, OA, RA, Back Pain, Frozen Shoulder Rehabilitation and in several other Musculoskeletal Disorder.

ThermHDx Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging is a useful tool to detect disorders or pickup early changes in the body. Useful in diagnosis of OA, Muscular Damages, Muscle weakness, Spasms, Inflammations, Disc Compression, Pain area deduction etc.

Bone Mineral Density Ultrasound (BMDU) Helps determining the bone strength to evaluate the osteoporosis condition. 30% of women post menopause, as per statistics, suffer from osteoporosis condition. A healthy bone is essential for healthy spine and healthy musculoskeletal structure.  BMDU helps in determining your bone health.

X-rays, MRI and Laboratory tests shall be carried out as and when it is required.

Modern Treatment Tools

Spinocare NST- The Real Decompression:

3rd Generation Non-Surgical 3-D Decompression with 3D Correction & mobilization: Fully computerized third generation technology that offers 3-Dimentional Decompression, 3-Dimentional correction and Mobilization. Helps in reduction/ elimination of the nerve compression, helps in disc health through restoration of oxygen, water and other nutrients by creating negative pressure. Also helps in improving disc height and improved mobilization, Bi-Lateral correction of spine alignment etc. also helps in Strengthening paraspinal and pelvic muscles.

Application: Herniated discs, Bulging discs, Degenerative discs, Chronic neck pain & Low Back pain, Sciatica, Facet Joint syndrome.

Cell Repair & Tissue Regeneration Therapy (CRRT) : This technology uses special form of electric signals that mimics body’s own bio-electric field which helps body to repair itself. Reduces inflammation, encourages muscular recovery through cell regeneration stimulation, reduces pain, improves spinal bone density and paraspinal muscle strength. It also helps in osteoarthritis by stimulating the regrowth of chondrocytes.

Application: Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Tendonitis, Fibromyalgia.

AcoWave Shockwave Therapy:  ESWT is applied to lesions to help revascularization and stimulate or reactivate the process of connective tissue and bone healing, thereby relieving pain and improving functions. AcoWave can be used for pain relief as well as improving muscle strength through appropriate motor simulation of the muscles and tendons through sonic shock waves.

Application: Chronic Tendinopathies, Calcific tendonitis, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis with or without heel spur, Achilles tendonitis, calf pain, non-unifying bones, avascular necrosis, stress fractures etc. helps n spinal muscle strengthening & inflammation reduction.

AceFit Bodytec EEMS Training: EMS training is a super amplifier of enhances the results that you get from regular exercise training. 30 Minutes of EEMS Training is equal to 4-5 hours of regular exercises. Results are 4x times faster and more effective. EEMS (Enhanced electric muscle stimulation or electric muscle stimulation) is a highly effective form of training. It utilizes low and mid frequency electric currents to significantly increase the body’s natural muscle contractions. As a result, more muscle fibres are activated when compared to conventional training methods. This is not a treatment tool but an adjuvant tool that works as a catalyst for improved results.

EEMS-Training is a whole-body workout that promotes weight loss, increases muscle & physical strength, stimulates muscle growth, and relieves muscle tensions and muscular imbalances.

Regular Physiotherapy Tools

Interferential Therapy (Electro-Physiotherapy): Interferential current therapy is an effective therapy option used by many physiotherapy clinics to relieve pain and accelerate the self-healing process, getting your body back to a healthy, pain-free state. The high-frequency signals of an IFC penetrate through the skin into deeper lying muscle tissues.

Ultrasound Therapy (Electro-Physiotherapy): Therapeutic Ultrasound is used by physiotherapists to reduce pain, increase circulation and increase the mobility of soft tissues. Ultrasound therapy causes mechanical vibrations, from high-frequency sound waves, on the skin and soft tissue via an aqueous medium.

Electrical Muscle Stimulator (Electro Physiotherapy): Electrical stimulation therapy is a therapeutic treatment that applies electrical stimulation in treating muscle spasms and pain. It can help prevent atrophy and build strength in patients with injuries. It is also helpful in keeping muscles active especially after any type of spinal cord injury or strokes.

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator (Electro Physiotherapy): A transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator (TENS) sends electrical pulses through the skin to start your body's own pain killers. The electrical pulses can release endorphins and other substances to stop pain signals in the brain. TENS can reduce pain.

Manual Tools:

Manual therapy: Manual physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine. In manual therapy, practitioners use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints in an attempt to decrease back pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction.

It helps in correcting postures. Physical activities and manipulation techniques helps in improving mobility and relaxes muscles.

Exercise Therapy: Exercise therapy utilizes specific movements to improve body functions, focusing on moving the body in a way to relieve symptoms and improve mobility while preventing and managing pain. Exercise therapy includes posture exercises, specific goal-based exercises, yoga and other exercises for core muscle strengthening. This improves the sacroiliac joint fluid regulation.

Exercise therapies target to improve postures, muscle activation, mobility, stretching, stability, core strengthening, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, Functional movement etc.
